Requirements to use SteadyApp

  • A monthly ($14.99) or yearly ($99.99) subscription is required to access premium features.
  • A valid Apple ID (subscriptions handled via the App Store).
  • Internet connection for real-time updates.

Billing & Subscriptions

How subscriptions work

  • Subscriptions are managed by the Apple App Store.
  • Auto-renewing by default. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged for the next period.

Manage or cancel: Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

Refunds: Apple handles refunds. Open Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History and request a refund for the purchase.

Troubleshooting

App crashes on launch
  1. Force-quit the app and reopen.
  2. Update to the latest version from the App Store.
  3. Restart your device.
  4. If problems persist, contact support and include your device model, iOS version, and app version.
Subscription not recognized

Ensure you're using the same Apple ID used to purchase. Tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen. If that fails, contact support.
